Energy Storage and Jet Fuel

Hydrocarbon fuel protection barriers tested for exposure to fuel and pooling fuel fires. Deployment for use around tank farms, spill control areas, fuel tank and jet fuel storage facilities providing up to 6 hours of stability and integrity to contain fire in a hydrocarbon environment. Installs on pier foundations at heights up to 60’ tall and wind loads to 150 MPH. Barriers can be buried or partially buried in spill control rocks to provide additional containment when liquid fuel exposure is possible before or during the fire.

Hydrogen

We protect hydrogen fuel stations and storage facilities that need special hazard protection using our innovative materials and designs. Our fire boxes are customized to protect cylinder ends and controls from the uncontrolled spread of a hydrogen cylinder failure fire. The innovative materials and customization for fire, blast and heat provide the hydrogen industry with new products and alternatives for compliance that allows the industry to grow safely and in compliance.

Gas

Gas fire barriers customized to your size and site conditions. Barriers are rated for use near gas heaters and to protect control buildings and valve fields. These barriers are designed to withstand gas fire – fire with pressure – and protect assets from the rapid heat rise and explosion created by gas tank and gas line failures. These barriers meet requirements for critic with strategic protection barrier installations to 60’ tall and 150 MPH Wind Load. The gas fire modules install quickly and easily on pier foundations up to 16’ OC. Installations meet NFPA 850 for Line of Sight Protection. We help customize coatings for jet fire barriers performance needed to meet your specific requirements for fire, heat, force and exposure times.

Explosion

Chemical, gas and fuel storage facility protection barriers designed and installed to protect from explosion, blast, shrapnel, heat, hydrocarbon fuel exposure. Installs on pier foundations and designed to withstand blasts to 2 bar and above at heights up to 60’ tall and wind loads to 150 MPH. Deployment at rail, marine and cargo facilities, fuel and energy storage facilities, tank farms, pipelines, chemical and processing facilities to eliminate risk and minimize collateral damage in an explosion event.
